Program Structure
- Year 1: Introduction to Biomedical Engineering, Basic Anatomy and Physiology, Engineering Mathematics, Digital Electronics, and general university courses.
- Year 2: Advanced Anatomy and Physiology, Signals and Systems, Electronic Devices, and Computer Programming for Biomedical Engineers.
- Year 3: Biomedical Instrumentation & Measurement, Clinical Engineering, Biomedical Materials, and specialized electives.
- Year 4: Biomedical Systems Design, Biochemistry for Biomedical Engineers, Biomedical Signal Processing, Final Year Project, and Professional Practice in Biomedical Engineering.
Entry Requirements
- Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent with credit in Bahasa Melayu.
- Pass Matriculation MOHE with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and pass all specified subjects.
- Attain a minimum Band 2 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
- Pass SPM or equivalent with credit in Mathematics.
- Pass Matriculation Program with at least 'B' (3.00) in Mathematics, Physics or Biology, and Chemistry.
