Program Structure
- Year 1: Foundational courses in anatomy, physiology, patient care, imaging physics, and basic pharmacology.
- Year 2: Intermediate studies including pathology, contrast imaging procedures, image evaluation, and initial clinical placements.
- Year 3: Advanced topics such as computed tomography, ultrasonography, healthcare management, and research methodology, along with further clinical placements.
- Year 4: Specialized subjects including magnetic resonance imaging, comparative medical imaging, and completion of a research project, culminating in final clinical placements.
Entry Requirements
- Pass Matriculation/Pre-University/STPM or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 2.33 in two of the following subjects: Biology, Physics/Mathematics, Chemistry.
- A-Level or equivalent with a minimum Grade D in two of the following subjects: Biology, Physics/Mathematics, Chemistry.
- Recognized Diploma with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 in a related field; or CGPA less than 2.75 with a minimum of 3 years (36 months) working experience in the related field.
- English proficiency: MUET Band 3, IELTS 5.5, or TOEFL 550.
