Eligibility Criteria for Malaysian International Scholarship MIS 2025
To be eligible for the Malaysian International Scholarship, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

- Not older than 40 years (Master’s) and 45 years (PhD) at the time of application.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 for Master’s applicants.
- Hold a Master’s degree with excellent academic records for PhD applicants.
- Must be enrolled or plan to enroll in a full-time postgraduate program in a Malaysian university.
- Provide English proficiency through:
- IELTS: Minimum band score of 3.0
- TOEFL: Minimum score of 550
- Submit a research proposal (min. 1,000 words).
- Provide two letters of recommendation and a valid passport copy.
